Those who served our nation deserve housing that reflects the value of their sacrifice. Veterans and their families should have access to safe, affordable, and lasting homes where they can thrive. We believe stable housing is not a privilege—it’s a promise owed to every veteran.

Every veteran and their family deserve a safe, permanent place to call home. Affordable housing provides the stability, dignity, and peace of mind they have earned through their service. We are committed to creating housing where veterans and their families can feel secure, supported, and empowered to build their future. Housing is pet friendly.

Supportive and transitional housing provides veterans with a safe place to live and the caring support they need to rebuild their lives and move toward lasting independence. This is separated from the permanent housing, and includes wrap-around services in individualized private studio units. Project sites are pet friendly.
Working to provide Veterans Supportive Services, VBG will include access to case management, housing stabilization assistance, and direct support or referrals to essential services such as healthcare, mental health support, and employment resources. VBG programs help veterans successfully transition to stable, permanent housing while promoting accountability, safety, and long-term independence.

Each veteran will be assigned a case manager who provides ongoing, individualized support. Case management includes needs assessment, goal setting, service coordination, and regular check-ins to support housing stability and personal progress.

VBG programs will assist veterans with maintaining safe and stable housing. This includes landlord communication, lease compliance support, budgeting assistance, and early intervention to prevent eviction or housing disruption.

VBG will provide services directly or refer veterans for essential services, including healthcare, mental health treatment, substance use services, and legal assistance.

VBG supportive services include assistance with increasing income through employment, job training, benefits enrollment, or vocational services to promote long-term self-sufficiency.

VBG provides program support in developing life skills such as financial management, household responsibilities, time management, and problem-solving to help veterans successfully transition to independent living.

VBG programs ensure veterans are connected to veteran-specific benefits and services, including VA healthcare, benefits enrollment, and community-based veteran support organizations.
